We have been notified that there have been phishing scams aimed at other users of the internet teller system.  Phishing is a criminally fraudulent process of attempting to acquire sensitive information such as usernames, passwords or other personal information.  In some cases, a malicious person may attempt to trick the email recipient by directing them to a fake website that looks very much like the internet teller site that they would  normally access. 

 THIS CREDIT UNION WILL NEVER CONTACT YOU BY EMAIL TO UPDATE YOUR ACCOUNT INFORMATION OR REQUEST ANY INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR ACCOUNT.   PLEASE DO NOT RESPOND IF YOU RECEIVE ANYTHING LIKE THIS, AND NOTIFY THIS CREDIT UNION AS SOON AS POSSIBLE IF YOU DO.

MY EZ-STATEMENT  

Our policy for our new tiered Money Management Savings Account can be found by clicking on "ACCOUNT INFORMATION" at the left. This type of account is being offered to provide our members with a higher yielding savings account. Offering a higher paying dividend rate on the tiered Money Management Savings will cause slight reductions in dividends being paid on your other share savings accounts (accounts RG – 06). This sub-account, 07, must be established at your request and monies deposited to it in order to benefit from the higher dividend rates.

VISA DEBIT CARDS

Click on the word application to download a PDF file of an application for a Southern Middlesex County Teachers FCU Visa Debit/ATM card (with an attached User Agreement and Disclosure). You can use this  card to make signature purchases wherever Visa is accepted AND to make pin based withdrawals, deposits or transfers at an ATM machine with a Star/Plus logo or to make pin based point of sale purchases. All purchases will be directly debited from your checking account, therefore you must have a checking account with us to have one of these cards. If you are interested in obtaining a Visa Debit/ATM card, please complete the downloaded application and mail or bring it in to us. Please detach the User Agreement and Disclosure and keep for your records. We will process your application and the card will be sent to you in the mail. If you currently have an ATM card, the Visa Debit/ATM card will replace it. The original ATM card will be deleted from the system after activation of the new card. Note: If you currently have an ATM card and do not wish to obtain a Visa Debit/ATM card do nothing. If you have no type of card with this credit union and wish to obtain only an ATM card, contact the credit union for an ATM only card application.

  • Your Visa debit card is protected by Verified by Visa. It password protects your card for free when shopping online. The next time you shop online at participating stores, enter the information requested to activate your card in order to complete the transaction. Or, set up your password ahead of time by going to verified by visa . Your card will then have password protection whenever you shop online at participating stores listed at www.visa.com/shopverified.

   ON LINE BILL PAYING

  • You can use your new visa debit card to pay bills online.  the payment will come directly out of your checking account.

     INTERNET TELLER IS HERE

You may use the internet teller to find your account balances, to make transfers or to request withdrawals.  Click on the "CONTACT US " button at the left for more information and to download a request form.
